Method

  • step 1

    Mix the cottage cheese with an egg and coarse flour or baby semolina and a pinch of salt (if necessary, add more flour/semolina, but try to save it so that the dough is not stiff). Use 2 teaspoons or spoonfuls of the mixture to make balls and cook them in boiling salted water until they float.

  • step 2

    Mash the strawberries with cream and sweeten to taste, you can just cut a few into quarters and throw them into the strawberry sauce. Divide the sauce into bowls, add hot peppers and garnish with a sprig of mint. SOMETHING EXTRA You can mash strawberries with milk, yogurt, sour cream or you can combine the aforementioned. You can flavor it with lemon juice or vanilla.
