Method

  • step 1

    Squeeze lemon. Wash the apples and pears, cut in half, remove the core, cut into eighths and cubes. Mix in a bowl with the lemon juice.

    Peel oranges, fillet, cut fillets into pieces. Quarter the pineapple, remove the core and cut into bite-sized pieces. Add both to the apples and pears.

  • step 3

    Rinse the grapes, pluck them off, add them whole or halved to the rest of the fruit. Wash, trim and cut strawberries into small pieces. Peel the bananas, cut them into slices and fold them into the fruit salad together with the strawberries.

  • step 4

    Divide the fruit salad between bowls and sprinkle with the nuts if you like.
