- 50ml Gin Mare
- 75ml tomato juice
- 10ml lemon juice
- 10ml Worcestershire sauce
- 5ml soy sauce
- 4 dashes Tabasco
- 4 basil leaves
- ½ tsp sugar syrup
To serve
- 1 slices of tomato
- 1 strip of celery
- a pinch of Fleur de Selsea salt
- a few drops arbequina(or other extra virgin olive oil)

Method
step 1
Pour all the ingredients into a shaker with six grinds of black pepper and a couple of handfuls of ice, and ‘throw’ the cocktail between two shakers (or jugs) until chilled.

Strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a tomato slice, celery ribbon, the salt and olive oil.
