This Indian chopped salad makes a fresh and flavourful addition to a sharing or buffet spread with tangy red onion, cumin and coriander

- ½ tsp cumin seeds
- handful corianderleaves, chopped
- mint leaves(optional)
- green chillisliced (optional)
