How to make creamy mashed potatoes

Barney Desmazery puts a twist on classic mashed potatoes by adding crème fraîche for an ultra-creamy finish. He uses the traditional seasoning of salt, pepper and nutmeg, but if you can handle the heat, you can add chilli powder, too.
