How to make Sorted's hummus

SORTEDfood show us two different ways of making hummus, one using dried chickpeas and one using canned. They provide us with a nifty trick for creating a silky smooth blend, plus some flavour ideas including peppers, tomatoes and Sriracha chilli sauce.
